Do you supply wholesale?
Unfortunately, we have no plans to take on wholesale accounts.
Can I place a delivery order?
Sorry, we don’t do deliveries :(
Can I pick up my order before 11am (or 12pm weekend)?
Yes, certainly but it will depend on the things you have ordered.
For example, Shokupans are baked later in the morning and are not available for pick up before 11am(-ish).
The baking schedule may also be affected by various reasons and we cannot guarantee that your order will be ready for pick up before the earliest available pick up time.
I can't make it on the day. Can I change the pick up date or get a refund?
Yes of course! If the day doesn't go as you planned, just let us know before 2pm of your pick up date!
Change of date / refunds will not be processed after this cut off!
Can I place a preorder for Croffles/Bakers Special?
Sorry, we are not taking preorders for croffles and bakers specials at the moment :(
I would like to place a group order for my friends. Can you pack the items separately for each person?
We no longer take request for orders to be split and packed separately.
Please place a separate order if you wish to split the order and have them packed separately. Sorry for the inconvenience :(
I'm placing an order for my friend. Can you write a message for them?
If it's a short one, certainly! We'll get our best hand writer on the job :)
